Through the laying on of hands and the invocation of the Holy Spirit, you have been configured to Christ the High Priest, the Good Shepherd, the One who “came not to be served, but to serve” (Mk 10:45). This mystery you now share is a gift, a burden of love, and a mission that extends to the ends of the earth.
“He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion” (Phil 1:6).
“I will give you shepherds after my own heart”(Jer 3:15). Be fathers to the fatherless, comfort to the broken, and strength to the weak.
